Following extensive analysis, our teams have put into practice a revised production process.
In the new process, the pump and radiator of the Lumen are assembled in a way that does not risk soldering material residue being released into the loop. This combined with using a tried-and-tested liquid from a different supplier, has been proven to be an effective solution in accelerated high-temperature testing, where no issues have been found.
This means we are confident in re-affirming our originally communicated timeline: replacement Lumen units should be available and shipping out to affected customers starting the second week of November.
