The revised design for the Lumen is now finalized and, following extensive testing, we're confident that a successful solution has been reached.
We have now began shipments of updated units from our place of manufacture to Fractal Customer Service hubs around the world. Given this, we are expecting to start delivery of replacement units to Lumen users before the end of next week.
Our Customer Service agents will be in touch with ticket owners to confirm delivery.
