The updated version of Lumen (Lumen V2 units) are now on their way to those who have signed up for a replacement through our dedicated website.
Following the order of signup, a Customer Service agent will have already reached out; or should be in touch soon, to confirm shipment. A Lumen replacement unit can still be requested here.
We expect to have availability of the Lumen restored soon and will post an update once V2 has hit the shelves.
